Safety and Health Awareness

Before & After Your Ride

Be ready at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to enhance your health awareness. Have your ID, insurance card, and appointment details prepared for your medical transportation. Wear comfortable, non-slip footwear to ensure safety awareness and prevent falls. Bring any necessary medications or medical equipment, and inform the driver of any medical concerns or special needs. Before exiting the vehicle, double-check that you have all personal belongings to maintain your safety.

Entering and Exiting the Vehicle

Prioritize safety awareness by waiting for the driver’s assistance before entering and exiting the vehicle, if needed. Utilize running boards, grab handles, or support from the driver when getting in and out to enhance your health awareness during the process. Take your time—do not rush, and if you need extra support or assistance, inform the driver to ensure a smooth experience with medical transportation.

During Your Ride

For your health awareness during medical transportation, always wear your seatbelt and secure all required items accordingly. It’s important to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion to enhance safety awareness. Additionally, keep personal items secure and within reach.

Hygiene & Safety

To promote health awareness during your medical transportation, use hand sanitizer before and after your ride. Additionally, cover coughs and sneezes to help prevent the spread of illness, and consider wearing a mask if you are feeling unwell as part of your safety awareness.
