Before & After Your Ride

Be ready at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
Have your ID, insurance card, and appointment details prepared
Wear comfortable, non-slip footwear to prevent falls
Bring any necessary medications or medical equipment
Inform the driver of any medical concerns or special needs
Double-check that you have all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle

Entering and Exiting the Vehicle

Wait for the driver’s assistance before entering and exiting, if needed
Use running boards, grab handles, or assistance from the driver when getting in and out
Take your time—do not rush
Inform the driver if you need extra support or assistance

During Your Ride

Always wear your seatbelt and all required securement accordingly
Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion
Keep personal items secure and within reach

Hygiene & Safety

Use hand sanitizer before and after your ride
Cover coughs and sneezes to help prevent the spread of illness
Consider wearing a mask if you are feeling unwell
